Jana founded Tulloch Consulting in 2013 while still working full-time in the public sector, with the goal of creating a consulting agency that would enable small businesses to thrive through great people practices. In early 2016, she was able to focus her full attention on the business and it has successfully grown since then to serve clients across North America, Australia, and many other countries.
Her values inspire her approach to work: transparency, honesty, and collaboration. She is a firm believer in two things: continuous learning, and that everyone has something positive to contribute, regardless of experience or role.
When not working she can be found doing the mom-shuttle for the kids, or travel planning: her goal is to visit all 7 continents (4 down, 3 to go!) as well as a very long list of other destinations (Malta, Croatia, and Iceland top the list).
Briget joined Tulloch Consulting in 2021 as a Client Lead with over seven years of professional HR experience, advising on HR strategy to executives and leaders in both the public and private sectors. She holds a BA in Business Management and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) as well as a Certified Leadership Coach.
Briget has a passion for attracting, building, and retaining people and believes they are every organization's most valuable resource. She believes success comes to organizations that build a strong HR foundation with solid people practices. One of her favorite slogans is "Culture eats strategy for breakfast." Briget's strengths lie in employee relations, performance management, equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI), talent development and management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
When Briget isn't building HR strategy and working alongside leaders, she loves reading, traveling, playing hockey (or any sport!), hiking, and watching UFC fights.
Steffi joined Tulloch Consulting in early 2021 as a Generalist, and in February 2022 was promoted to Lead Consultant as a result of her proven and exceptional work with clients. Steffi is a passionate, effective, and results-oriented HR professional who specializes in establishing productive business relationships and resolving critical human capital business issues and offers an array of skills, ranging from employee job performance assessments to implementation of strategic HR plans needed to meet a business’s goals. She is also a skilled coach and trainer.
Steffi approaches HR with a unique educational background in Psychology, coupled with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a CPHR Designation certification. You can usually find Steffi traveling and spending time with her husband and fur baby during her free time, as well as trying out new local foodie experiences.
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Dawn joined Tulloch Consulting in 2020 and has been partnering with clients since then on their talent acquisition needs. Dawn is also the founder of Coast Recruitment & HR Services which provides on-demand HR and Recruitment expertise aimed at helping organizations secure and retain top talent, as well as navigate change in systems and processes.
Dawn has worn many hats over her 15 years in HR prior to founding her company, and has continued to grow her expertise through partnering with companies across North America and across numerous industries (actually, pretty much all industries!)
She is passionate about meeting new people and learning about their organizations, their systems, and their cultures, and over the years has cultivated deep insight into what attracts, motivates, and engages top performers. When not working, Dawn can be found relaxing on her back deck, planning her next reno.
Shannon Braun joined Tulloch Consulting in 2017 and has been relied upon to support a wide range of client projects. She has gained an extensive HR Generalist knowledge base through her work in the non-profit sector and particularly relishes projects where HR strategy, research, and employment law are involved. She is also the mastermind behind Public Safety Resumes.
A continuous learner, Shannon is always looking to gain new knowledge from each client and project and use her powers for good to create meaningful, efficient, HR solutions. She is a mom to two very energetic girls that keep her very busy and, in her spare time, volunteers as a Board Director for a local non-profit. She is also a lover of indie music, fiction novels, and creative writing.
Laura is from Costa Rica, born and raised, with a background in psychology. She chose to pursue Human Resources right after completing her undergrad studies, receiving a Master's in Organizational Psychology. She also completed her certification in Human Resources Management in Dublin, Ireland, and is certified by the CIPD. She's worked in HR since then for over 10 years as an analyst, generalist, and business partner, and joined Tulloch Consulting at the end of 2020.
Laura is passionate about HR and helping organizations understand the importance of fulfilled and happy employees to achieve not only their personal and professional goals but the company's objectives as well. On the weekends, you'll find her spending time with her family in nature, or pursuing one of the many adventurous activities on her bucket list (such as skydiving, bungee jumping, and scuba diving).
Christina joined Tulloch Consulting in 2022 as a Generalist with over 8 years of professional HR experience working within the Finance Industry as a business partner. She is a driven go-getter that dives into all tasks with passion and drive. Christina is a true people person that builds relationships quickly and ensures client needs are prioritized. At TC she provides clients with both short and long-term human resources consulting support and takes on new challenges with a positive attitude.
In her spare time, Christina indulges in her enjoyment of creativity by working on design projects. She has two beautiful children whom she’s dedicated the past 9 years to and loves to spend quiet weekends playing board games, video games, and having dance parties with them.
As an HR Generalist, Nerissa strives to create great workplaces and leverage her extensive knowledge across the HR pillars to help implement the best in people practices. She specializes in Process Improvement, Workflow, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Workplace Diversity. She has noted that she recognizes the position of influence HR is often in and looks to use that power for good - to build trust and problem solve whatever issues arise. Nerissa finds HR work to be engaging and challenging and gains gratification from when employees feel engaged and empowered. She is always learning and innovating and helping clients improve their processes and meet or exceed their objectives.
Nerissa lives in the Nashville, TN area, and is a wife and mom to three: two teens, and one in elementary. She holds a BBA with a major in Business Management and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. She loves to travel, listen to podcasts, relax with aromatherapy, watch documentaries, cook/bake with her daughter and spend time with family.
Born and raised in Bengaluru, known as the Silicon Valley of India, Prat now resides in the South Windsor, Hartford area of Connecticut in the United States. She is a passionate HR professional with a steadfast
and determined work ethic and is passionate about building top talent teams and helping both employees and organizations thrive in a positive talent ecosystem. As a committed DEI advocate, flexible and constantly striving for improvement is the best way to describe our in-house recruiter.
Prat enjoys hiking in the New England area and visiting all the beaches in nearby Cape Cod and Rhode Island. She is also a certified Zentangle teacher and an artist, taking online art classes during her free time. She looks forward to one day mentoring other women who plan to move to the USA for the first time and assisting them in their career transition.
Mohammad joined Tulloch Consulting in 2021 as an HR Services and Compensation Consultant. Prior to coming to Tulloch Consulting, he spent four years with an international HR consulting firm based in the U.S in a similar role, while also serving as the company's accountant.
Mohammad has a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and a business diploma from the University of Victoria. He prides himself on assimilating to the client’s environment and is passionate about helping small businesses achieve exceptional results by designing and implementing effective compensation and HR programs.
When not working, Mohammad can be found enjoying long walks through the city parks in his hometown of Vancouver, BC.

With over 25 years of experience as a Management Consultant, Coach, and Trainer, Dr. Dan Neundorf has crafted and led hundreds of consulting, coaching, and training events across the world.
Dan has a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Beyond his industry-leading training and experience, Dan has an extraordinarily natural talent for connecting with people and drawing out their potential for personal growth and organizational contribution.
