Jana Tulloch

Jana founded Tulloch Consulting in 2013 while still working full-time in the public sector, with the goal of creating a consulting agency that would enable small businesses to thrive through great people practices. In early 2016, she was able to focus her full attention on the business and it has successfully grown since then to serve clients across North America, Australia, and many other countries.

Her values inspire her approach to work: transparency, honesty, and collaboration. She is a firm believer in two things: continuous learning, and that everyone has something positive to contribute, regardless of experience or role.

When not working she can be found doing the mom-shuttle for the kids, or travel planning: her goal is to visit all 7 continents (4 down, 3 to go!) as well as a very long list of other destinations (Malta, Croatia, and Iceland top the list).

Steffi joined Tulloch Consulting in early 2021 as a Generalist, and in February 2022 was promoted to Lead Consultant as a result of her proven and exceptional work with clients.  Steffi is a passionate, effective, and results-oriented HR professional who specializes in establishing productive business relationships and resolving critical human capital business issues and offers an array of skills, ranging from employee job performance assessments to implementation of strategic HR plans needed to meet a business’s goals.  She is also a skilled coach and trainer.

Steffi approaches HR with a unique educational background in Psychology, coupled with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a CPHR Designation certification.  You can usually find Steffi traveling and spending time with her husband and fur baby during her free time, as well as trying out new local foodie experiences.

Sue Lacher

Sue is passionate about making organizations and their people successful, and her ultimate goal is to help drive businesses forward by finding the best and brightest talent for our clients. As a Human Resources Professional with over 10 years of experience, she specializes in Talent Acquisition for positions in Information Technology, Finance, Manufacturing, Education, and Health & Wellness.  She is CPHR Certified (Ontario Division) and a member of the HRPA (Ontario). 


Sue also brings over 25 years of Business Coaching & Consulting experience across diverse industries and clientele, and offers a well-rounded approach to people and business. She prides herself on being a strong brand ambassador and serving as a catalyst for continuous improvement alongside providing value-added advisory and support services to organizations.


Sue loves to cook in her spare time – experimenting with different cuisines, spending time with her family, including her Pomeranian, learning new things, reading, and occasionally binge-watching a great series!

Laura Flores

Laura is from Costa Rica, born and raised, with a background in psychology. She chose to pursue Human Resources right after completing her undergrad studies, receiving a Master's in Organizational Psychology. She also completed her certification in Human Resources Management in Dublin, Ireland, and is certified by the CIPD. She's worked in HR since then for over 10 years as an analyst, generalist, and business partner, and joined Tulloch Consulting at the end of 2020. 

Laura is passionate about HR and helping organizations understand the importance of fulfilled and happy employees to achieve not only their personal and professional goals but the company's objectives as well. On the weekends, you'll find her spending time with her family in nature, or pursuing one of the many adventurous activities on her bucket list (such as skydiving, bungee jumping, and scuba diving).

Monika Manchanda

Monika brings over 11 years of HR experience both as an HR Business Partner and as a functional specialist in various HR projects. She has worked across industries, including IT, Legal, Publishing, and Retail, and has supported multiple executive teams on key HR functions.   She has deep experience in employee relations, performance management, policy & procedure development, talent acquisition, training & development, HRIS systems, and resource planning and budgeting.   Her passion is working on projects that have a direct benefit to employees and the organization.  She holds a Master's in Business Administration, HR Management and a Bachelors in Pharmaceutical Sciences.  

Monika is based in Toronto, and in her spare time can be found often enjoying hiking, eating hot pot, online shopping, or playing board games with her family.  She is also a self-admitted 'clean-freak' who loves to organize!

Rachel Leonard

Rachel joined Tulloch Consulting in 2022 with a varied background in Human Resources, having worked with a number of organizations ranging from manufacturing and service industries, to landscape & construction, to educational institutions.  With a background in Psychology, Rachel pursued a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management.  She specializes in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Health and Safety, and HR Policy.

Rachel is based in London, Ontario.  In her spare time, Rachel enjoys plant-based cooking and gardening, and dog-sitting her parents' two Whippets!

Deborah joined Tulloch Consulting in 2022, bringing over 20 years of HR expertise to the team with a particular focus in strategy, coaching, and leadership.  Deborah has held senior HR positions with companies in the mining, auto, and energy industry as well as having started her own HR Consulting firm.  She is a Certified Business & Leadership Coach, as well as a Certified DiSC Facilitator. She also holds her CHRO and CPHR designations.  

Deborah resides in Edmonton, Alberta however she can often be found working from far-flung parts of the globe and looking for her chance to do a cage dive.  She is curious and adventurous and likes to experience life as the locals do when traveling. At home, she can be found hanging with her family or out walking Ivy, her French Bulldog.

Nadeem Shaikh

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Nadeem brings over 9 years of talent sourcing experience to Tulloch Consulting. He started his career as a talent intelligence and research associate and has gone on to build a strong repertoire of sourcing skills.   He is passionate about finding innovative ways to uncover hidden candidates for our clients, using AI sourcing tools and out-of-the-box thinking, and relishes the hunt for top talent.  His expertise runs across industries, including renewables, medical devices, and IT. 

Nadeem resides in Calgary, Alberta with his family and in his spare time enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and spending time with his young son.

MaryJo Radford

Talent Acquisition Specialist

MaryJo is a Toronto-based HR professional with over 20 years of experience in both private and public sector, with the majority of her focus having been in Talent Acquisition. 

Mary Jo graduated from Trent University with a Bachelor of Arts in Women Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Women Studies (Honours), with a Specialization in Human Resource Management.  She also holds industry specific certifications related to Health and Safety, HR Management, Training and Development, and Recruitment and Retention. 


With a focus on Talent Acquisition, Mary Jo is results-focused, delivering sourcing strategies and tailored talent acquisition solutions that help clients harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets- their people.  Focused on providing top talent to clients across industries, she also ensures candidates are able to realize their full potential and bring their best to a role.

 

MaryJo considers the greatest accomplishment of her career so far has been the contributions she made in the public sector around talent acquisition during the pandemic.
