Fractional HR, also known as part-time HR, is a model of outsourcing human resources services on a part-time or as-needed basis, rather than hiring a full-time HR staff member.  We work with companies to provide HR support and services such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and compliance. This model is particularly popular among small and medium sized businesses that cannot afford or do not need a full-time HR staff member, or those looking to supplement their existing HR team with specialized expertise or temporary support during periods of high demand. Fractional HR can be a cost-effective and flexible solution for companies looking to improve their HR function without committing to a full-time hire.  

We provide two types of fractional Human Resources services: Director/VP (CHRO) and Generalist level. 

CHRO - Fractional Leadership

A Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) plays a critical role in shaping the organizational culture, promoting diversity and inclusion, and creating an environment that enables employees to perform at their best.

A fractional CHRO would join your executive team to oversee all aspects of the company's human resources functions until such time as the position is filled permanently.  This approach can be particularly effective in covering sudden departures or temporary leaves for the incumbent.

HR Generalist - Fractional & Tactical
Day-to-Day Support

Our HR Generalists are pros at taking the day-to-day HR activities off your desk so that you can focus on growing the organization.  The can assist with the full life-cycle of employee management from hiring to onboarding to making sure all the personnel files are in the right place.
